Short on Time?

Here's a quick fat burning workout. If you can't tell by now my motto is NO EXCUSES.

 

So here it is: 

 

Rest :30 between each exercise and 1 min between each round, go through 3 times

30 mountain climbers

25 jumping jacks

20 squats

15 push ups 

10 in-out jumps

5 burpees
