What: Warm Lemon Water with Himalayan Sea Salt 

How: Mix 8-10oz of warm water +  ½ squeezed lemon (not lemon juice) + ½ tsp Himalayan Sea Salt

 

When: First thing in the morning

 

Why:There are so many benefits to just sea salt, but when combined with lemon it’s almost like the perfect solution. Here are some things this little drink can help with:
