MY tips on sticking to your New Years Resolution
Don’t set Unrealistic Goals – Take your goals one at a time, yes we all want to be millionaires, but what is your goal to help get you there? Finding your passion? Finishing school? Make your goals achievable.
Make Goals Specific – Yes, we all want a better body, but for me I want to have bigger glutes and I’m creating a specific training program to get me bigger glutes. The more specific you can be with your goals, the easier it is to create a plan.
Hold Yourself Accountable – Write down your goals, Talk about your goals and share your goals with friends and family so they can support and encourage you along the way.
Create a Vision Board – I’m a visible learner and when I can take my goals and put them down on paper it’s a constant reminder what I’m working towards. You can make two, long-term and short-term.
Have a plan! – I can’t stress this enough. “A goal without a plan is just a dream” I don’t know who said that, but I know I read it somewhere so I can’t take credit for it. If you don’t have a plan to get somewhere its easy to get lost and distracted along the way. I make daily goals to reach my long-term goal.
