Oatmeal Pancakes


Hey hey, we have a little helper with our recipe today. Yes, that's right. These are not actually my hands.

What you need:

1/4 C Blueberries 1 T Peanut Butter

1/4 C Raspberries 4 Egg Whites

1 C Oatmeal Dash Cinnamon


What you get:

67g Carbs 29g Protein 15g Fat


Here we go, grab yourself some of your favorite fruits. I grabbed blueberries and raspberries, as did my nephew. Sometimes you just need to talk to them for a little while to see if they’re a good match for you. Tell them your secrets about your little two year old life.

This recipe is pretty straight forward, mix your egg whites and cinnamon together.

Blend your oats into a flour like consistency. I used my ninja that I use for my shakes.


After blending your oats add it to your egg whites and cinnamon mixture. If you want a more runny texture you are free to add another egg white.



Cook on the stove until pancake is cooked to your desired consistency. Top with peanut butter and fruits, ENJOY!
